Don't bother to bug me about any of em, I currently see no need to quit.
Who I am: I tend to be called an asshole by people,especially people that don't know mevery well. they mistake me being honest and calling them a fuckstick or something similar with being as asshole, when, in fact it is simply me being honest. I tend not to care a whole lot about what other people think about me however. I oftimes do believe the old maxim about it being easier to ask forgiveness then permission, however I rarely do either. Generally speaking I do my own thing and if it offends somebody, well thats a part of life. In general the only way to really get to know me is to associate with me with, probably in a one on one setting for a bit.
Current and Future: Just graduated from college, Philosophy Major, English Minor. I rather doubt that either of these will be what I do with my future, but who knows what the future holds? My current goal is pretty much to move to either VA or CO (kansas City gets an honorable mention) proceed to find a job and pay the bills. As I often tell people, I work to live, not the other way around.
Music: I am often described as an audiophile by others around me, simply because I have music playing almost whenever I am awake. I can, and will, listen to just about everything. I won't listen to anything that doesn't keep my attention or proves distracting as background noise.
Television: I tend to watch a lot of tv, or at least have a lot of tv playing in the background. A few programs I try not to miss are Law and Order, ATHF, the Daily Show and Stargate. So far I have been impressed with Atlantis, but we will see how that pans out in the future.
Movies: I tend to go in for action, drama, really whatever can keep me entertained. I will however pay attention to somethings that are very good. Examples: Lola Rent, Requiem for a Dream, Pi, Monty Python, and the like. Its all about keeping my attention.
Philosophy and Religion: People have asked for this in previous versions of the site, so I figured I would include it in this incarnation. In terms of philosophy I consider myself to be an existentialist, which generally means that I get to chose how I want to exist. (if you are another philosophy major feel free to contradict me, but frankly, fuck you, I am keeping it simple.) Nietzsche, Heidegger, Sarte, Camus that sort of thing. I can and will radically redefine myself as I go since I can. In terms of religion, I don't follow any organized religion, although I do keep tabs on them out of interests sake. Anything more I don't feel like disclosing on the subject.
Others: In terms of people that I surround myself with I expect a certain amount of maturity. I enjoy the ability to have a real conversation with another person. Honesty is highly important to me, since I would rather know the truth then what somebody thinks will be the best for me. I do expect a certain amount of prejudice in everyone, however it can't be the dominant characteristic. Those are the truly important points.
